Lady Gaga is no stranger to showing off her assets. She’s been doing for years now (for the sake of art). But today (June 13) Mother Monster joins the rankings of high-profile women who are letting their girls fly free in public.
With trusty companion Asia by her side, Gaga was caught strolling the streets of New York City in a revealing black chiffon jumper.
New York is one of very few cities in the United States to de-criminalize female breast exposure, legalizing the act back in 1992.
